About Us
Combining The Latest Research & Evidence With Creativity & Innovation
I founded Miindfulness to provide the services that I wished I’d had access to at multiple points in my life. As a child with anxiety, a parent trying to support her daughter’s wellbeing and as an educator witnessing growing numbers of children presenting with mental health concerns. Our team has the passion and skill set to ensure that our offerings deliver real, measurable benefits and we ensure that our social impact directly addresses the inequalities that contribute to poor mental health.
